What this site does not do

• No cookies. The site sets none, which is why there is no cookie banner.
• No analytics, no trackers, no advertising or social pixels.
• No third-party requests. Fonts, images and code are served from this domain only.
• No profiling and no automated decision-making.

The contact form

If you submit the demo-request form, we receive the fields you typed: name, company, email address, the product area you selected, and your message. This is used for one purpose: answering you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Your submission is stored as a lead in Movisure's own CRM, hosted in the EU, where the people who answer enquiries can read it, and kept as ordinary business correspondence. It is not added to any mailing list, shared with third parties, or used for anything beyond the conversation you started.

Server logs

Like practically every web server, ours records technical access logs (IP address, requested page, browser user-agent, timestamp) for security and operations. Logs are rotated and not used to identify visitors. Hosting is on infrastructure in the EU.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and portability. Write to privacy@movisure.ai and a person will handle it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority: in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Changes

If the site ever starts collecting more than described here (for example, adding analytics), this page will say so before it happens.
