Leasing Intelligence 2027

For leasing companies, arriving in 2027. Each morning it flags the contracts that need attention and recalculates them mid-term. It also shows how the portfolio holds up if interest rates or residual values move. It runs on the same cost calculations as Corporate Fleet.

The contracts at risk, every morning

Payment risk, mileage overage, residual drift, concentration risk and margin erosion are checked across the whole portfolio, and each finding is filed as a signal with a severity. Every signal shows its inputs and the rule that triggered it, so you can trace a flag back to the raw data.

Mid-term repricing through an approval queue

When fuel, interest rates or mileage move against a contract, Leasing Intelligence drafts the recalculation: the old fee, the new fee and the reason. Each proposal waits for a person to approve, reject or apply it, and every revision is kept in a permanent audit trail.

Quotes in seconds, and end-of-term decisions by score

The quote engine prices a new lease with low, mid and high bands that include seasonality, lead times and rate exposure. At the end of a term, each contract gets its options ranked (renew, replace, electrify or sell) by an opportunity score out of 100 based on net present value.

Emissions reporting for your lessees, and stress tests for your portfolio

EV-readiness scores per contract show which conversions make sense now, and CSRD-ready Scope 3 reporting per lessee helps your customers with their own sustainability reporting. Macro playbooks test the portfolio against named shocks, such as fuel spikes, rate rises or the end of an incentive, and send the affected contracts straight to recalculation.

Numbers from a rules engine, explanations from AI

Leasing decisions move money, so the numbers come from a calculation you can audit and the words come from the AI. Every answer carries both.

Auditable numbers, explained

Every signal, recalculation and score is calculated by fixed rules. The AI then writes the explanation in plain English from those exact inputs, and you always see the raw figures beside it.

Explainable from the start

Every warning sign records its inputs, the rule that triggered it and its severity, so an account manager can trace any flag back to the data behind it.

Approval for every change

Repricing proposals, refleeting actions and playbook results all wait for a person to decide, and each decision is kept in a permanent audit trail.

Works without a language model

If no language model is configured, or one is unavailable, a rules-based fallback still produces every signal and number. The AI improves the experience and is never required.

Built for audit. The same properties that make the co-pilot trustworthy make it defensible in front of your auditors.

Also in development

  • Portfolio health: A health gauge for the whole portfolio with the contracts at risk shown daily, and a signals inbox where each acknowledgement is recorded.
  • Seasonality and lead times: Seasonal factors by segment, country and month, and lead-time premiums per model, adjustable for your company.
  • Residual values and market data: Residual value curves per make and used-market indices behind every end-of-term number.
